Foot Treatment Night

I got Tyler and Abbe set up and ran to the bathroom to get the scrub, lotion, clippers, etc. and came back into the living room to discover that Olivia decided to join in on the action...

I WANT THIS........

I'm just not sure I can convince my husband that I need it......

craigslist

Do you use it? I used it last summer to dump some Kenny Chesney tickets and it worked fine. Thought I'd use it to help my parents sell some of their furniture and lemme tell you.....I sold a bedroom set and living room set within an hour. I actually asked more than we thought we could get for it and had multiple offers. As I was strolling through the wanted section the other day, noticed there was a woman looking for baby stuff. Sent her an email and BAM, sold more stuff. I just have to get to organizing other stuff and I plan on cleaning house. I recommend craigslist for large itmes you have to sell.

I wear a dess today mama

That's what Abbe Mae said to me yesterday. She wanted to wear a dress to school for the first time ever! I was excited because usually I have to fight to get her in a dress. Here she is in all her glory:

Who told her she could grow up?

I'm sad, my baby will be one in less than a month. Where does the time go? Who told her she could grow up?

Another snowy day in nashville

Snow Day

Last week, Nashville had a 1/2 inch of snow. A HALF INCH people. Schools all over the state shut down. People called into work. Accidents every where. It was anarchy.

But, at 7:35 am, something amazing happened. The same time the kids would've caught the school bus, they all conglomerated outside of our house. A snow ball fight ensued. It was awesome. It made me remember my childhood in Chicago. It would be freezing but we'd still be outside sledding, building forts, and throwing snowballs. All part of being kids.

Big T's Basketball Team

The season is over.
We won one game.
Tyler made several goals but more importantly, he learned a lot.
It was good year.

Go Bulldogs!

Now on to soccer.

He's doing manual labor

Manual? Or is he Manual? He worked his tail off this weekend at my parents house. He's a good man.

I thought he was going to eat me

Seriously. My husband was out of town for almost three weeks for work. When he's gone, he lives on his Corporate American Express. Expense is no object. Breakfast at the Waffle House, lunch at PF Changs followed up with a three course dinner at Stoney River is a common practice. He lived the good life. He rolled in on Thursday night looking, well, swollen. The following day we went to my parents house to help them prepare for the move. Jason went to the Depot with my dad around 11:15 (the time he got used to eating lunch) but when they came home he was shaking. Cold sweats, shaking, looking a bit like death. He said, "Quick, make me something to eat --- I'm shaking." Apparently I didn't move fast enough cause about ten seconds later, he screamed at me to help him because he was starving. Seriously screamed. The look in his eye ----- I thought he was going to eat me.

I quick threw together a sandwhich which he enhaled. About 45 minutes later my mom showed up with Jersey Mike's so he had his second lunch. He was able to make it to afternoon snack time.
